Tap to turn it on
Marketing companies make noise.
We make you money.
Data driven decisions yield distinguished results.
Who this is for
We don't take everyone. Here's who we take.
We work with residential contractors doing $2M or more a year, with healthy margins and a sales team that closes in the home the same day. If that's you, keep reading. If it isn't yet, the blog is free and it'll get you there faster than most agencies will.
- Your trade. Roofing, siding, windows and doors, gutters, exterior remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, or solar. Residential only. No interior remodeling and no commercial work.
- How you sell. Your team sits with the homeowner and closes the same day. If you email bids, we're not the right fit.
- Your size. $2M or more in revenue a year.
- Your margins. Gross profit around 50% or better.
- Your budget. You're comfortable putting roughly 8 to 10% of monthly revenue back into lead generation. Our goal is to trim that to about 7 to 7.5% all in, with our management fees and commissions included. Roofing companies typically spend 10 to 15%. See the benchmarks.
- Where you work. Ads, SEO, web, CRM, and AI search ads have no map. Video and the full stack are for contractors in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware.
The model
Three things we won't bend on.
Most marketing companies get paid whether you grow or not. Same invoice, every month, no matter what. We think that's backwards, so we don't send it.
Our fees are tied to the results we deliver. Not the hours we log. Not the noise we make. When you win, we win.
Every lead is followed from the first click to the signed job. That's how we both know the results are real.
The system
One system. Seven parts.
Each part does a job. Together they turn a stranger's search into a signed contract you can trace back to the dollar that bought it.
Your numbers
What's a lead worth to you?
Put in your own numbers. Nothing in this box is ours.
Now you know what a lead is worth. That's the number we get paid against.

I built Unique Pro Media on one rule. If I can't prove it made you money, I shouldn't get paid for it.
