I built Unique Pro Media on one rule. If I can't prove it made you money, I shouldn't get paid for it.

Why we exist

Too many owners are paying for noise.

The reports are full of impressions, clicks, and reach. None of it answers the only question an owner cares about. Did this make me money?

We exist to answer that question with a number. What it cost. What it brought in. What we should do next because of it.

Why performance pricing

It puts us on your side of the table.

A retainer pays an agency for showing up. Performance pricing pays us for results. If the appointments don't sit and the jobs don't close, we feel it too.

That keeps us honest. It also keeps us picky. We only take on contractors we believe we can grow, because that's the only way we get paid.

Why home improvement

It's the business we know from the inside.

Home improvement is where this model works best. The jobs are big enough to measure. The sale happens at the kitchen table, often the same day. And a good owner already knows the numbers that matter, like cost per appointment and close rate.

Jordan also runs sales at Bealing Roofing & Exteriors in Hanover, which means every system Unique Pro Media builds gets tested on his own numbers first.
